lb999's Responsible Gaming — Your safety is our priority
Enjoy entertainment in a controlled way. lb999 places the highest importance on every player's mental wellbeing and financial safety.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — if it is experienced consciously and in a controlled manner. lb999 believes that every player has the right to play in a safe, transparent, and entertaining environment. That is why we do not just offer games — we stand by your side when gaming risks getting out of control.
Our platform has various protective tools that you can activate yourself — from deposit limits all the way to full self-exclusion. Remember, gaming is always for entertainment, never a reliable source of income.
Our protection tools
Deposit Limit
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, it will not be possible to deposit more than the specified amount. This is the most effective way to maintain financial control.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
Want to take a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, logging in or betting will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, exclude yourself completely for the long term. Activate self-exclusion for 6 months or permanently.
Session Time Limit
Set in advance how long you want to play in one session. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and give you the option to end the session.
Gaming History Review
Log in to your account and view your full betting and deposit history to understand your gaming patterns. Maintaining transparency is a core principle of lb999.
Support Team
For any questions or assistance regarding responsible gaming, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team is always ready.
Age requirement: for ages 21+
lb999 strictly enforces that only those aged 21 or above may participate on this platform. Participation by minors in any gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
Age is verified at the time of account registration. If you think a minor may be able to access your account, immediately activate self-exclusion or a time-out and notify our support team.
- Create an account in your own name and do not share it with others
- Keep your password secure so that minors cannot gain access
- Make it a habit to log out
- Keep your device safe from younger family members
